About this reading layout
Reading paragraphs add editorial spacing between unchanged verses. They do not reconstruct the original manuscript’s paragraphs. Verse numbers, supplied line breaks and citation links are retained. Books such as Psalms and Proverbs keep verses on separate lines; original-language and comparison views stay aligned by verse. Choose One verse per line in Reading settings whenever you prefer.
Open Word Bridge above, or tap any verse number for its word connections, cross-references, audio, and share links. Dotted words have a plain-language definition.
