- After handoff: service calls on live buildings, onboarding new facilities vendors, cleaning up the occasional botched repair.

Customer Service Engineer — Christie Digital · 2008–2009
- Field engineer through the cinema industry's switch from 35mm film to digital — commissioning installs, troubleshooting on the way up, turning over working theaters.
- Maintenance and on-call response for live 24/7/365 theaters where every hour of downtime was lost revenue.
- Only Christie face the customer — and the union projectionist the tech was phasing out — ever saw. Cooperation took respect first.
