The Ethiopian broader canon includes a book called Clement (Qälëmentos), communicated by Peter to Clement (Cowley 1974). It overlaps a different and later work, the Arabic Apocalypse of Peter or Book of the Rolls, dated after the late ninth century (B. Roggema and T. Burke, “Book of the Rolls,” e-Clavis: Christian Apocrypha, NASSCAL, ECCA 950). It is not this early Apocalypse of Peter.
